In a dispute, Copyright House can provide a REAL COPY of your submitted logo, not just a digital checksum which may get outdated because of algorithms changing over time.

Copyright House acts as an independent third-party helping you prove your logo copyright ownership. Keeping a copy of a logo in your own possession is less proof of copyright ownership. This is because the file which is kept in your archives may have been changed. Also, the date and time mentioned next to the file when you saved it on your computer is not a reliable proof of copyright. This is because the computer clock can be changed to show a different date than the actual date/time that the file was saved.
